Hosokawa called these missions “School Stories,” and promised side missions “full of laughs, tears, struggles, and maybe even a little suspense too.” Perhaps Yagami’s greatest trick will be going undercover at the local high school, where he’ll box, dance, and skateboard alongside the Yokohama teens. The game’s producer, Kazuki Hosokawa, called Yokohama a living city that changes from day to night. Lost Judgment will be set in two main locations: Kamurocho in Tokyo and Yokohama.

SEGA would go on to pull marketing for that version, telling PC Gamer that the port isn’t coming “at this time.” The publisher seems open to revisiting Lost Judgment ports in the future, which could bode well for a potential Nintendo Switch release date. Interestingly, Lost Judgment’s reveal made mention of a PC version coming to Steam and Windows 10. The game is launching exclusively for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One on Tuesday, September 21. RGG Studio hasn’t announced any plans to develop and release a Lost Judgment Switch port at this time.
